Job Summary

We help shape the world around us — from high-rise buildings to educational, cultural, research and transportation facilities. Our design process is based on energy-efficient building systems, and appropriate selection of materials and form to maximize environmental conditions and long-term performance.


  • This role will support the Director of Architecture in overseeing project design integrity, implementation of a rigorous design approach and design management methods to international best practice standards within the Hong Kong architecture team

  • The role will also involve taking care of key projects including the coordination of a multi-disciplined project team, as well as collaborating with other business lines to deliver design excellence based on the project design brief and client required standards. To review design documentation produced internally and externally and the management of external consultants

  • Occasional travel to mainland China is required

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years post-graduation of Master in Architecture from an internationally recognized university, with most recent experience in Design Director/Associate Director/Associate role. Project experience will show design and delivery management of large schemes, with successful track record of project completion

  • Qualified members of the AIA, HKIA, RIBA, ARB, RAIA or equivalent

  • Superb conceptual, design talent, and communication abilities or has a proven construction experience of large-scale projects

  • Have a strong design capability and clear understanding of design and implementing a design ethos

  • Strong skills in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Rhino, Grasshopper, InDesign, Microsoft office and other software related to building implements design

  • Fluent in written and spoken English

  • Responsible, excellent organization ability and capable for teamwork

  • Candidates with awarded projects are preferable

  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Associate Director, Architecture
