Our Opportunities

Our award-winning BIM team is looking for talents to join our high-performing Innovative Solutions business line.


  • Prepare BIM models and update models

  • Assist BIM Specialists to deliver quality BIM deliverables as required in the BIM Execution Plan, including models, drawings, clash report etc.

  • Assist BIM Specialists to prepare BIM documents, for example BIM Execution Plan, BIM standards and guides or specification of projects

  • Participate in local or international projects

  • Attend BIM meetings with internal teams

  • Perform effective communication with internal teams

  • Work with other teammates in Innovative Solutions business line to develop and provide digital solutions to streamline internal teams or external client workflow and practice

  • Enforce ethics and compliance policy including Third Party payment, Sub-consultancy engagement process and Gift and Entertainment policy

Minimum Requirements


  • Higher Diploma or above in Architecture / Civil / Structural / Building Services Engineering or equivalent

  • 1-year experience of working as key member in BIM projects and using Autodesk Revit or AutoCAD Civil 3D for modelling and Navisworks for coordination and model federation

  • Experience in using BIM 360 or other CDE, Dynamo, Revit API, Rhino & Grasshopper, Bentley solutions, GRAPHISOFT solutions and any other BIM related solutions will be an advantage

  • Candidates with more relevant experience may be considered for the post of BIM Specialist

  • Willing to learn, well organized and can work independently under pressure

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese while proficient in Putonghua will be an advantage
