Job Summary
We help shape the world around us — from high-rise buildings to educational, cultural, research and transportation facilities. Our design process is based on energy-efficient building systems, and appropriate selection of materials and form to maximize environmental conditions and long-term performance.
Responsibilities:
Analyze project background and summarize project understanding
Propose design options, and develop it under the supervision of Senior Architect
Excellent 3D modeling and visual graphic skills
Be accountable for design quality and progress; coordinate with the other team members to complete the design tasks;
Produce drawings, presentation materials, design reports, and other relevant documents which are required as day-to-day design process and deliverables as per contracts of the assigned projects;
Coordinate design works with other disciplines within AECOM as well as external consultants and suppliers;
Candidates with more experience are also accountable for client management, team management, project management and complex technical problems solving
Occasional travel to mainland China is required
Minimum Requirements
Degree in Architecture or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of architectural design experience
Familiar with applications in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper
Fluent in written and spoken English
