Position Title Senior Project Manager, Shanghai

Establish and implement Project Execution Plan.
Manage project team with members from different cultures and skills.
Manage projects from concept to construction completion.
Overall planning & assembly of project activities in all phases of the project.
Understand design to ensure its implementation.
Take part and conduct meetings, presentations with clients.
Communicate with clients and understand their needs and expectations.
Source and identify the appropriate suppliers for each project.
Carry out efficient control on cost change orders occurred on site.
Ensure that deliverables and plans meet standards.
Management of schedule and deliverables.
Manage team to establish and implement good safety and quality cultures.
Support company business development activities.
Proper appearance, talk and behave in professional manners.
Bachelor degree or above in civil engineering, MEP or other related majors.
At least 15 years’ project management experience.
Experiences in managing major industrial and commercial projects.
Skills of Microsoft Office, scheduling.
Good communication skills in both Chinese and English.
Experiences of working with team members from different cultures and backgrounds.
