Position Title Senior MEP Engineer and Above, Shanghai

Job Summary

Lead a fast-expanding Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Team and oversea the delivery of project assignments.

Project management and administration

Design management and coordination of multidisciplinary teams

Team building, planning, selection and engagement

Design and construction programming including resource management

Bid management

Manage compilation of technical reports, designs, specifications, drawings and construction documents

Lead Liaison with clients, consultants and contractors as required during design and construction phases.

Minimum Requirements

Preferably Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or any related field.

Registered professional engineer.

Minimum 10 years of M&E consultancy experience in building and construction industry with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

In depth technical knowledge of discipline.

Familiar with local design codes and standards.

Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to work under pressure.

Candidate with more experience can be considered as Associate Director.
