Job Summary

Responsibilities :

  • Develop urban design and planning concepts and translate them into clear and compelling graphic images.

  • Develop innovative design solutions responding to the concept and effectively addressing the social, legal, and economic implications of the physical form.

  • Develop design in response to technical problems posed by a project’s scope.

  • Evaluate, select, and apply standard urban design techniques, procedures, and criteria, using judgment in making minor adaptations and modifications on projects.

  • Complete drafting assignments.

  • Conduct research and analysis as needed for a project.

  • Compile data, perform design computations, and prepare plans and renderings.

  • Assist in the preparation of production of models, marketing material, and presentation packages for public/private review.

  • Assist project manager or senior level staff in developing a design strategy.

  • Attend meetings both inside and outside the firm pertaining to existing and potential projects.

  • Provide additional support to ensure smooth execution of projects

Minimum Requirements


  • Assists Leading Designer from conceptual design phase to Construction Drawing Package

  • Develop and produce construction packages, solve construction problems during the construction period

  • Bachelor Degree in Interior Design or related majors

  • Familiar with whole design process from conceptual design phase to completion, be able to bridge the proper communication channel between client & project team

  • Adequate knowledge of material & construction details, capable to individually develop and produce construction packages, enables to solve construction problems during the construction period

  • Skilful in AutoCAD, Adobe PHOTOSHOP and SKETCHUP, Microsoft Office, etc.

  • Able to use English in daily working communication a plus

  • Be proactive and possess a spirit of team work
