Position Title Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, SE Asia

You will partner with your business lines to drive “Best Practise” Talent Acquisiton provisions. Your duties will include:
Manages full life-cycle recruitment including conducting full job briefs, developing search strategies, actively sourcing candidates, pre-screening, interviewing and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers, negotiating offers and facilitating the hiring and on-boarding process.
Provide consultation to hiring managers on all aspects of the hiring process, including hiring strategies, recruitment cycle timing, coaching and guidance on best practices and sourcing trends.
Responsible for developing, recommending and executing recruitment strategy with decision makers to ensure a successful candidate search within the identified time frames.
Influence hiring leads and teams on change iniatives related to Talent Acquisition as directed by the TA Manager.
Drive client centricity by delivering a “high touch” TA model, ensuring both candidate and client experience remains the forefront of your delivery.
Uses proactive methods to network with industry experts and professional industry related associations, in order to build ongoing passive candidate networks.
Builds relationships and communicates consistently and proactively throughout the recruitment process to ensure all participants in the hiring process are updated and well informed.
Creates a positive candidate experience (for both the selected and non-selected candidates) throughout the entire recruiting process.
Play a pro active role in working closely with our business lines to forecast future workload, based on work in hand, prospects and proposals
Effectively manage your ‘external recruitment’ vendors, ensuring processes are adhered to
Work collaboratively with your HR/COE collegues to ensure all aspects of HR compliance is taken into consideration before, during and after the TA process.
Proven recruiting experience, 10 years relevant recruiting experience ideally within both corporate and agency experience
Proven track records of stakeholder management experience
Successful track record in direct sourcing of candidates
Degree educated (ideal)
Proven ability to communicate and influence at all levels of the business
Strong commercial acumen
