AECOM Construction Project Manager / Quality Assurance Inspector in Seattle, Washington
Job Summary
AECOM is actively seeking a highly talented Construction Project Manager/Quality Assurance Inspector for federal projects in Portland, OR (future locations in Portland, Seattle, Tacoma, Washington-Canadian border, or Arizona). Projects managed may include modernization or renovations on vertical buildings projects at federal sites.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Perform daily onsite observations and inspections of work to ensure conformance with project requirements, issue daily compliance and deficiency reports
Serve as an Owner’s Representative overseeing daily site activities and maintain real time communication with project team
Certify work in place for approval of monthly pay applications
Integrating competing and/or conflicting elements into the planning and execution processes so that project requirements flow smoothly.
Review contractors’ schedule and progress and issue communications to various stakeholder groups including property manager and tenants.
Minimum Requirements
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors’ degree in Architecture, Construction, or Engineering or other Construction related field AND 6 years of relevant experience
Must be able to obtain HSPD12 Tier 1 Security clearance
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Must be able to pass Motor Vehicle background check (MVR)
This position is contingent on client acceptance and passing client specific background screenings.

Additional Information:
Assist on additional project needs for a federal project in Portland for +/- 4 month duration, before moving to new site location for 12-24+ months (anticipated possible locations would include Seattle, Tacoma, Portland, Washington - Canadian border, Arizona).
Per diem based on program manager approval.
Housing assistance may be available for longer term durations only, based on site location and program manager approval.
