Key responsibilities for this role will include:
Manage content and publish via diverse communication channels (SharePoint, intranet, email, videos, instant messaging platforms, etc.).
Create, maintain, and enhance the structure, content, look, and feel of sites and pages.
Develop and manage style guidelines and communications governance standards across all internal channels.
Work with stakeholders, program managers, and product managers to deliver knowledge and content management process improvements.
Conduct needs assessments, research or interviews, business analysis meetings and understanding the process flow, communication, and reporting needs of the team, user community, and stakeholders
Create regular cadence of communications such as newsletters, social media posts, and web updates
Facilitate internal website content management solutions training to content contributors and provide oversight on team channels.
Manage ad-hoc projects related to strategic planning and engagement as needed.
Proposes, develops, and implements strategic marketing plans and tactics.
Maintains marketing data and generates relevant reports.
Leads the marketing function for an office, group, or practice, including strategy development and execution.
Has direct marketing reports.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field and eight (8) years of related experiences ore demonstrated equivalency of experience.
Three (3) years experience of marketing, communications, project management, or related experience.
Three (3) years experience creating digital content.
Commercial Real Estate experience
Three (3) years experience of marketing, communications, project management, or related experience
Experience creating digital content
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong communicator and self-starter with excellent writing ability and attention to detail
Earn Trust and influence at a high level and demonstrate Insist on the Highest Standards regarding team communications and content
Be flexible and thrive in a fast-paced ambiguous environment
Experience presenting to and influencing senior leadership
Strong project management skills and experience
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word and Excel
