AECOM Senior Specialist - Project Controls in Saudi Arabia, Saudi Arabia
Project Controls Analyst will undertake and be responsible for the following:
Understanding AECOM project management delivery systems and procedures with an ability to develop and review the AECOM commercial bid models and monitor project financials.
Understanding Tax and Intercompany agreements (working with other global business lines) requirements.
Identifying projects risks in coordination with legal team and commercial team.
Manages RFA/RFPA forms for submission to ME Risk Committee.
Coordinates with the project team to ensure completion of the Healthy Start Presentation for project setup.
Preparing initial budget splits with Project Manager to upload into AECOM Project Management System (APIC).
Supporting project manager with sub-consultant contracts and invoices with the required approvals.
Extracting weekly spending and uploading it into offline excel spreadsheet to monitor and control costs.
Identifying budget risk and providing mitigation strategies.
Reporting to the PM and PD the Cost Performance Index and Schedule Performance Index.
Updating the monthly financial reporting tool into AECOM financial tool (APIC).
Preparing financial tables, KPI’s and commercial risks for project reviews.
Providing project reports to business line manager on a weekly basis about project performance.
Supporting project manager with following up on invoicing and payments.
Supporting project manager with project closure.
Supporting business line manager to ensure KPIs such as monthly reports are being finalized.
Supporting resourcing requirements for KSA team and updating system on a weekly basis.
Supporting business line manager to tracking business line performance reports.
Supporting PM and PD in attending client meetings and their requirements.
