AECOM is actively seeking a talented and highly motivated Senior Medical Planner for employment as part of a growing, creative and diverse team in our San Francisco, CA office.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Leadership in programming and planning efforts on healthcare projects of all sizes
Develop space programs; block/stack planning through construction documents
Ability to lead user-group work sessions; and conduct site and program analyses
Lead internal teams and client in understanding short-term and long-term planning needs
Knowledge of LEAN principles in Healthcare
Excellent leadership, presentation and communication skills
Coordinate project planning assignments and facilitate program development
Prepare planning presentation materials
Participate in business development and marketing presentations
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
8+ years of medical planning experience
California Licensed Architect
Specialized knowledge of healthcare architecture and medical equipment
10+ years' experience preferred
Experience in all phases and aspects of large and complex-scale projects
Advanced knowledge of project design and construction administration experience
Knowledge of sustainable practices and LEED
Proficiency in Revit
