Shimmick Construction, an AECOM Company, is looking to hire an experienced Project Manager for projects in the San Francisco, CA bay area. This challenging position will provide an excellent growth opportunity while improving the infrastructure of the city.
The Project Managers is responsible for the overall operation of a project/contract to include the safety and well being of its employees, safeguarding company funds and property, and generally represents the company with respect to the client. Project Managers complete projects to the satisfaction of the client, consistent with cost, schedule and contractual requirements. They ensure that established company goals are realized while maintaining client relations that will enhance future business.
BA/BS + 10+ years of relevant experience
10+ years heavy civil construction experience and experience leading teams to successful project completion
Contract Administration – Written correspondence, owner relations, design management, project controls, scheduling, buy-out, subcontractor management, project controls, forecasting, change orders
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or Demonstrated equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
