Job Summary

Civil Construction is looking to hire an experienced Superintendent to work on a retrofit project in San Francisco, CA. This challenging position will provide an excellent growth opportunity while improving the infrastructure of the city.

Typical Responsibilites include, but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for managing the construction engineering functions on a construction project to ensure adherence to all engineering construction plans and specifications

  • Collaborates with others with the ability to make autonomous decisions guided by policies, procedures and business objectives

  • Receives guidance and feedback from Senior Leaders

  • Accountable for the results of the team or the process establishing goals and objectives and adherence to budget

  • $142M Technically Challenging Project

  • 2000 TNs of Structural Steel Retrofit

  • Temporary Access Platforms

  • Marine Work

  • Remove/Replace Traveler Maintenance Platforms

  • Over 300,000 mhs of Labor

Minimum Requirements


Bachelor's degree in related field.


8+ years of experience or demonstrated equivalency and / or education

Preferred Qualifications

  • Current OSHA 10 a plus

  • Structural Steel Retrofit Experience

  • Subcontractor Management

  • Marine Experience

  • Cable & Net Experience
