Job Summary
AECOM is seeking a Business Transformation Consultant I for our Strategy+ team in San Francisco, Los Angeles, or Denver. Strategy Plus, AECOM’s design consulting studio, operates at the intersection of Business Transformation, Communications Dynamics and Place Strategies and is looking for highly motivated applicants who possess outstanding analytical, communication and design skills. The successful candidate will join our multidisciplinary team of talented designers and be responsible for supporting our state-of-the-art consulting projects which encompass world class corporations, healthcare and cultural institutions, universities, and local and federal government.

Job Summary/Responsibilities
Working as a collaborative team player, this individual will be responsible for excellence in delivering specific activities within a project, including client interaction, communication, planning, research, data analytics, visualization, presentation preparation and report writing with oversight from a Project Manager, senior team members, and Principal in Charge. Our clients are located throughout the Americas and this individual may be required to travel up to 50% of the time.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, architecture, planning, design, social science, or another relevant field or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

Candidates will be expected to possess experience in one or more of the following:
Business strategy, data analytics and operations planning
Communication strategy branding and marketing
Workplace strategy, planning and design
Change management strategies and organizational development plans
Experience in user research, design strategy, and space programming
Design background in architecture, planning, interiors, product or web design
Technical Skills Range
Candidates will be expected to possess skills in one or more of the following:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign)
Revit or other space planning / design CAD systems
Web based data analytics, visualization, GIS and presentation software
Project management, project work planning, scheduling
Space programming, user research, design strategy and conceptual design
Culture and Personality
Candidates will be expected to possess as many of these attributes as possible:

Ability to contribute to workshops, focus groups and presentations
