AECOM Payroll Specialist III in San Clemente, California

AECOM Hunt is seeking a highly talented Payroll Specialist III to join our Hunt Construction group. This position will be based in San Clemente, CA.
Provide routine transactional reporting for the following processes on a global basis including: Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Hire to Retire (i.e., Payroll), Fixed Asset Reporting and Management.
Maintains production records, timesheets, company benefits programs and/or the payroll system, mergers and acquisitions.
Responsible for computing, withholding, and deductions associated with net earnings.
Knowledgeable on concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
A degree of creativity and latitude is required, under limited supervision.

Implements ES&H programs.
Supervises Environmental Safety and Health Specialists assigned to the same project(s).
Performs work, which involves a variety of functions that require a broad range of expertise and excellent communication skills.
May be responsible for an ES&H program on a large, specialized, complex project or multiple projects.
- BA/BS + 4 Years of relevant experience support the payroll processing function or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
10+ years of payroll and accounting experience
Previous experience supporting craft and non-craft payroll
