Job Summary

AECOM is actively seeking a creative, highly talented Senior Program Manager - Healthcare for immediate employment. AECOM is proud to provide our employees with exciting, challenging projects.

This position is flexible to AECOM offices in the Pacific region.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, those listed below:

  • Organize and direct all activities between the technical and administrative aspects of the program including scheduling, budgeting, cost control, cash flow, QA/QC, risk analysis, document control and management information systems

  • Balance and appropriately address the needs/concerns of all of the stakeholders impacted by this program, including but not limited to the client, public, local businesses, politicians, other agencies and the regulatory community

  • Lead development and drive implementation of the necessary business processes, plans and procedures required to manage construction in a programmatic, process-driven manner

  • Direct construction management and oversight activities as well as supporting specialty contracts, vendor programs and stimulus projects

  • Work with the client in the selection of other consultants and will provide management oversight related to performance, schedule and cost for construction management based on Key Performance Indicators

Minimum Requirements

  • 15+ years of relevant Healthcare program and construction management experience

  • Outstanding client service, organizational, planning, communications, supervisory and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent and verifiable performance track record of success

  • Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or Engineering

  • Heavy engagement with California clients and a firm understanding/experience regarding OSHPD

  • $0.50 B+ capital improvement program experience
