AECOM’s Rockhampton Water Infrastructure and General Civil Team is looking for a passionate and highly driven Professional and/or Senior Engineer who will set their career on a new trajectory by delivering a wide variety of regionally significant infrastructure projects, establishing and building existing client relationships and leveraging an outstanding team culture.
This role provides a fantastic opportunity for an engineer to grow their experience, working as part of a high performing, close-knit regional team that consists of over 25 engineers, scientists and designers.
What will a day in this role look like:
You will be responsible for contributing to and managing a range of projects, working with various clients and sectors.
Collaborate with industry renowned peers across our organisation to create whole-of-business success for projects in design, planning and/or construction support services.
You will guide and mentor junior engineers, contributing to the growth of our talent pipeline.

What are we looking for from you?
Bachelor of Civil Engineering & CPEng, RPEQ (or working towards).
Experience in working across multidisciplinary stakeholder groups and managing projects in the planning, design and/or construction support phases.
Technical experience in the following areas:
Gravity and pressure pipelines, pump stations and treatment plants.
The capital project lifecycle from planning, through design, construction, and commissioning, predominantly with a focus on planning and design.
Steady state and transient hydraulic modelling (preferred but not essential).
