Primary market sectors served from AECOM's Roanoke office include Department of Defense, Healthcare, Federal Civilian and Intelligence.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Assist project managers with multiple aspects of project administration and delivery
Interface with internal support groups to procure sub-consultants
Set up projects in the AECOM accounting system
Produce draft fee proposals
Participate in gathering project deliverables from the design team and submitting them to the client
Interface with AECOM Finance and Accounting on issues of cash flow or project finances
Produce draft monthly financial analysis of projects
2+ year professional degree in business administration, financial or accounting related discipline or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong inter-personal and communication skills
Advanced skills in MS Excel and Word and demonstrated aptitude for other computer based platforms, such as Oracle
Due to nature of the work U.S. Citizenship is required
Will consider educational course work in experience evaluation
Recent graduates encouraged to apply
