Job Description
Role
Main point of contact with the client’s Contract Manager
Based full-time at NEOM Project offices
Reporting to Program Director
Dotted reporting line to PMCM Business Line Lead
Manage all PMC contractual requirements and documentation
Manage PMC contract amendment process
Organize and communicate AECOM’s response to NEOM contractual letters
Manage KPI process, review and communicate KPI reports to NEOM
Review and communicate PMC Services report to NEOM
Monitor Deployment and contract budget status,
Escalate PAF, Timesheet and Invoice approval issues to NEOM
Prepare any documentation required for internal approvals
Required Skills and Experience
Experience in senior roles in PMC
Strong Contract management background, contractual language
Working knowledge of the NEOM Program
Well organized,
Very good writing and MS Office skills
Able to present at high level
Years of Experience: 20 years
Qualifications
Technical /QS Degree and MBA if possible
