Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:
Creating presentations for client engagement and approval (Diagrams, plans, evidence based design metrics, etc.)
Presenting to multiple stakeholders including Hospital Leadership and Nursing user groups
Leading/assisting initial planning and programming efforts
Implementing the latest FGI guidelines
Researching and proposing latest Healthcare trends
Coordinating plans and models with Project Architect for proper documentation
Coordinating with in-house engineering disciplines
Coordinating with medical equipment planners
Understanding different diagnostic modalities, and also have knowledge of medical planning and modern healthcare delivery
Coordinating the work of both the architectural and engineering team(s) and the construction phases of a project.
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, or related degree
Two (2) years or more of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Five (5) or more years experience in Healthcare Design
Licensed candidates preferred but not required
EDAC, Lean Six Sigma, LEED or other credentials
Strong verbal presentation and communication skills
