About DCSA—Program and Project Management
As an industry leader in program and construction management, we partner with clients to support projects from concept to completion. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Manages a major project with high contract value, requiring complex coordination across multiple systems and processes.
Effectively resolves challenging and unusual business problems in areas of risk, financial, contract and resource management.
Successfully develops strategy, prepares proposals, negotiates contracts, and executes project.
Acts as primary point of contact with client and has full responsibility for project delivery.
Manages project teams of 15 or more members representing multiple business lines, working in remote locations, and includes management of subcontractor(s).
Program manager / project director level to lead a program in the Oregon, Washington and Northern California region to lead the design, procurement and construction management of retail gas stations and convenience stores.
Deliver all Capex and Opex programs and ensure all performance criteria and objectives are satisfied.
Act as focal point for client relationship Management
Represent all local client performance meetings
Lead the Capex team and develop a long-term business relationship with local client retail asset and operations teams
To enhance Capex Team performance through people, leadership and organizational interventions.
Take ownership for the delivery of all KPI’s against the scorecard.
Lead and Promote HSSE strategy amongst all staff, contractors and supply chain.
BA/BS + EXTENSIVE or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 6 years of leadership
10+ years experience with retail gas station and convenient store construction projects
Experience in retail construction and understanding of fuels for multi-site or large projects with multiple stages of work
HSSE Leadership Experience
Construction or Project Mgmt Certification
BS or MS in Engineering or Construction Management
Experience with the Petrochem process
