AECOM Document Management Coordinator in Phoenix, Arizona

Job Summary

AECOM is seeking a PPM Document Management Coordinator to work closely with our client as a member of the knowledge management team to support various needs regarding documentation management, application and process development. Roles include application development using HTML and Java, process development and tracking using complex data-based spreadsheet formulas and light SQL, document organization, migration and metadata tagging. Preferred location is Council Bluffs, Iowa, however, candidate will work remotely and can be based anywhere in the United States.

About Program & Project Management

Job Summary/Responsibilities

  • The candidate will work closely with the client to support various knowledge management related needs, which can include assisting in application development primarily using HTML, Java, SQL, and spreadsheet-based formulas

  • This candidate will support a wide range of staff during the early phases of document development and organization

  • The candidate will work heavily within the client’s document management system as well as utilize office-based software such as excel and word to further manage client needs

  • The candidate will support admin level tasks within the client’s database system which can include the manipulation of metadata fields and values and the application of these changes at scale, as well as various other tasks including document migration

  • The candidate must be highly organized and able to work within a constantly evolving field

  • The candidate must be able to quickly turn around work and meet deadlines as they arise

  • The candidate must be able to communicate effectively as they will be working directly with the client regularly

  • The candidate must be able to work independently and within a team atmosphere

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or demonstrated equivalency of experience in programming (HTML), Excel/Sheets scripting and formula creation, database management and other more technical tasks plus two (2) years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Application development, testing, and troubleshooting

  • Detail oriented roles such as database management, accounting, bookkeeping, or programming

  • Robust knowledge and practice in spreadsheet management

  • Experience with working in a team atmosphere under client leadership
