AECOM Electrical Engineering II in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Job Summary

AECOM is seeking an Electrical Engineering II to be based in Philadelphia, PA.

Work as part of our Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing group providing designs and inspections for a variety of facilities including transit, buildings, highway/bridge. Work includes calculations, plan production (in AutoCAD/REVIT/MicroStation), and specifications. Must be able to work independently with little supervision and as part of a team. Electrical work includes lighting (interior and highway), low and medium voltage electrical services, low and medium voltage feeders, transformers, switchgear, etc. Able to design in accordance with the NEC and other electrical standards.

Minimum Requirements

  • BA/BS in Electrical Engineering plus 2 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

  • EIT certificate and be able to obtain a PE license within 1 year

Preferred Qualifications

  • Transportation and Transit Experience

  • PENN DOT experience

  • PE or EIT Certifications
