Job Summary
The Role
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Principal Project Management Administrator to work closely with our Civil Infrastructure Group Lead. You will work a variety of administrative tasks which include responsibilities such as:
Assist project managers and project teams with the administration of project tasks such as project reviews, qualification of personnel and contractors, and monitoring of bid and project workflows to expedite approvals and other processes.
Coordinate resourcing and scheduling of Project Admin support
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish more complicated goals.
Uses Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other programs to accomplish work.
Assist Business Development team to format all bids and report documents ensuring consistency with PDS & Salesforce requirements.
Minimum Requirements
About You
Ability to prioritise tasks and agility and flexibility to adapt to change
A systematic and well-organised work-style, including strong time and self-management skills
Ability to build relationships and communicate with all levels of the business
Experience in developing and/or implementing new procedures
Strong attention to detail with well-developed interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
At least 10 years in a similar position, working within a close-knit team in a Engineering Consultancy (mandatory).
Strong administration background in a fast paced demanding environment (mandatory).
