AECOM Junior Project Manager in Perth, Australia
Our Buildings & Places team in Perth is thriving! As a result, we have an exciting new opportunity for a Junior Project Manager to deliver consultant client facing and internal project management services in various end markets, including defence, health, high tech, government and education.
Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will be mentored by a Senior Project Manager to successfully deliver projects which will provide you with personal development opportunities and lead to new business. Your experience across design, construction, contract administration and/or tendering will help to facilitate further growth of our team and service offering across the region.
As a Junior Project Manager with a leading engineering design firm, you will be exposed to a range of projects and stakeholders, which will help to expand own personal project portfolio with the support of a highly experienced team.
This role will provide you with the opportunity to further develop your career and establish yourself as a highly proficient Project Manager in our highly regarded Buildings & Places team.
To be suitable for this position, you will have 2 to 4 years’ experience in the delivery of projects, ideally within the Infrastructure, Defence, High Tech, Health and/or Education sectors. The Junior Project Manager we are looking for will be innovative, engaged, and excited by project delivery and successful integration of varied specialist and multi-disciplinary stakeholders.

Demonstrable project management experience in major projects, preferable in Defence, Federal or State Infrastructure Projects
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A good understanding of project management frameworks
Demonstrated commitment to collaborative, ethical behaviour in a client-facing environment
