AECOM Professional Land Surveyor in Newark, Delaware

Job Summary

AECOM is hiring a Survey Manager for our Newark, DE office. This person would be working remotely in the KY and/or WV areas.

This position is expected to begin in September 2022.

Responsibilities for this position are as follows:

  • Perform survey management duties providing scope review/ generation and QA/QC of surveys performed by AECOM and its subcontractors

  • Participate in scope generation of survey projects for transportation, environmental and water service lines

  • Negotiation of price and scope

  • Writing of technical proposals

  • Perform survey computations for QA/QC

  • Assistance in growing AECOM’s surveying practice

  • Provide support to AECOM’s multiple survey offices across the United States

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with eight (8) years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

  • U.S. citizen

Preferred Qualifications

  • Five (5) plus years experience with MicroStation, Inroads and Autodesk Civil3D

  • Current Surveying Licenses in KY or WV

  • Experience with Laser Scanning and UAS technologies
