Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Duties include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the project field office.
Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
organize and schedule meetings;
Maintain contact lists; produce and distribute correspondence; assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports; develop and maintain a filing system; and provide general support to visitors.
Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Administrative experience in an office environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
Excellent communications skills
Excellent organizational skills and ability to work as a team player
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly are requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in a construction office environment
