AECOM Project Cost Manager in New York, New York
AECOM is seeking an organized, hand-on, and proactive Cost Manager to organize, monitor, and report on the accounting and finances of our multi-billion dollar design-build program.
Contract and financial management, including the creation and monitoring of project budgets.
Monitoring monthly cost (labor and expenses), cost trends, budget vs actual, projections of cost at project completion.
Work with staff to identify additional workscope items, determine cost impact, create estimates, and obtain client approvals.
Manage engagement with sub-contractors, track contract values and change orders, and MWBE engagement.
Create and maintain business and finance policies. Create monthly cost reports.

DCS—Program and Project Management

Operate as a Construction Manager working directly with the NYC SCA on projects related to schools throughout New York City and the surrounding boroughs.
- BA/BS + 2 Years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
