The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide project analyst support to senior-level MTA executives

  • Generating and scrubbing data for use in monthly analyses

  • Monitoring and collecting data results related to the various logs for multiple projects

  • Updating information for monthly and quarterly status reports

  • Checking accuracy of report information

  • Maintaining and revising procedure manuals

  • Acting as the liaison between multiple teams to coordinate tasks to ensure deadlines are met and schedule meetings as needed

  • Developing presentation materials

Minimum Requirements

  • High School diploma

  • 6+ years of full-time experience in a construction or related field

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite required

  • Must have strong administrative skills, strong oral and business writing skills such as drafting correspondence, filing and managing multiple schedules

  • Ability to create PowerPoint presentations and complex Excel spreadsheets using macros and advanced formulas

  • Able to analyze data to consolidate into a comprehensible report format

  • Must manage priorities to meet multiple deadlines with nominal guidance

  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality and discretion

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associates Degree or relevant technical certification

  • PeopleSoft experience is desire
