The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Provide project analyst support to senior-level MTA executives
Generating and scrubbing data for use in monthly analyses
Monitoring and collecting data results related to the various logs for multiple projects
Updating information for monthly and quarterly status reports
Checking accuracy of report information
Maintaining and revising procedure manuals
Acting as the liaison between multiple teams to coordinate tasks to ensure deadlines are met and schedule meetings as needed
Developing presentation materials
High School diploma
6+ years of full-time experience in a construction or related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite required
Must have strong administrative skills, strong oral and business writing skills such as drafting correspondence, filing and managing multiple schedules
Ability to create PowerPoint presentations and complex Excel spreadsheets using macros and advanced formulas
Able to analyze data to consolidate into a comprehensible report format
Must manage priorities to meet multiple deadlines with nominal guidance
Must be able to maintain confidentiality and discretion
Associates Degree or relevant technical certification
PeopleSoft experience is desire
