AECOM is seeking a Inspector Trainee for NYCHA who lives in Section 3-NYCHA housing for employment. The person will shadow and support the CM team in any task that may be required.
Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
Works under immediate supervision.
Responsible for monitoring conformance to quality, performance, specifications, and/or code requirements by performing inspection duties.
Performs daily field inspections and maintains inspection records.
Participates in punch lists, testing, and commissioning.
Tracks quality assurance progress.
Provides input to documentation for area and equipment turnovers.
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must live in section 3 housing to be considered for this position.
Good Communication Skills
Ability to grow and understand construction on a project site.
