AECOM is seeking a Graduate Civil Engineer to be based in New York, NY.
About Construction Management—Leeding Builders Group (LBG)
Leeding Builders Group (LBG) is a New York-based construction manager specializing in open shop commercial, residential and hospitality projects. The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Assist the Superintendent and Project Manager with the overall plan for construction of the project.
Assist with the project cost control process.
Assist with the procurement phase.
Assist with the project punch list and close out process.
Assist in the development of cost estimates of assigned projects.
Assist with preparing the job start-up and close-out checklists.
Assist with resolving field initiates questions.
Prepares or directs the preparation of project studies, reports, etc.
Obtain contract schedule of values for approval by the Project Manager
Bachelor’s degree Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or other related field or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
Valid Drivers License
Capable of using spreadsheet, word processing and standard office software
Knowledge of industry standard computer software for the position (examples include software such as Microsoft Office, CADD, HCS, AutoCAD, MicroStation, GIS)

Non-Exempt Position: Offered rate of compensation (NYC locations only) will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The hourly range for this position is $33.07-$57.87
