Position Title Digital Graphic Designer

We are seeking a Graphic Designer with digital experience and a high degree of creativity to develop design concepts, execute web pages and social/digital. Will work side-by-side with design directors, designers and copywriters and be part of an in-house brand team that collaborates to conceptualize, develop, design and execute multimedia campaigns that communicate the AECOM brand globally. Key responsibilities include:
Creating digital assets that maintain brand integrity and elevate the brand internally and externally.
Providing UX design approaches to the web development team.
Collaborating with the team to ensure that processes, projects and interactions with stakeholders are consistently engaging and enlightening.
Reflecting design excellence and best practices in all processes and outputs.
Participating in and assisting with other phases of marketing efforts.
Candidates must have a working knowledge of web layouts, expert understanding of design programs, typography, communication strategy and copywriting. Background should include:
Two to five years experience in graphic and digital design.
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
Experience with planning and implementing branding and visual standards.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and basic Microsoft Office Suite.
A portfolio of work demonstrating solid design and typography skills in a range of media.
Understanding of responsive web design and emerging trends.
Proven web design and UI design experience.
Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas to a highly collaborative team.
Flexibility to accommodate global projects.
Ability to handle multiple priorities with tight deadlines.
