AECOM Construction Project Manager in New York, New York
AECOM is actively seeking a creative, highly talented Construction Project Manager for immediate employment in the N.Y Area.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Works with a team of estimators/schedulers/managers by reviewing contractors cost proposal
Provides quantity take-off's and construction cost estimates
Provides group support in researching wage/equipment rates, production rates, construction materials, means, and methods
Provides group support with others in maintaining schedule and cost data and references
Knows or be able to learn commercial off the shelf cost estimating software
Develops quantity take-offs, construction sequences, and cost estimates based on provided plans; and, interface with project managers and various design disciplines to determine scope and review work product
Communicates well with clients, contractors, project managers and designers to define scope
Discusses constructability issues and track schedule and costs from concept through final design and support with field changes
Applies knowledge and experience of construction methods and procedures to our work process

BA/BS plus 10 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Valid Drivers License
N.Y Transportation/Transit experience
NYC Agency Experience
