AECOM Business Transformation Consultant in New York, New York

Job Summary

AECOM is actively seeking a highly motivated Senior Advisory Consultant for our New York, New York Area.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Management of Program initiatives, from solution design and activity planning to successful delivery and knowledge capture including leading on distinct initiatives within the Program

  • Management of Engineering Department unit transformations deploying a methodology designed by the Program leadership

  • Tackling complex problems from an information and technology perspective as part of a wider consulting engagement, designing and implementing solutions that can demonstrate benefits and value delivered to the Department

  • Manage relationships with key internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for improved efficiencies and collaboration within projects and ensure return on investment is maintained

  • Plan and assigned project work to ensure timely delivery and effective utilization of resources

  • Facilitate working groups to develop requirements and drive change using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, business process descriptions, business analysis

  • Analyze current data, systems and process standards and metrics to provide solutions for improvements

  • Ensure key risks and issues are identified, documented, mitigated, and communicated to the appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner

  • Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs related to the changes impacts of initiatives

  • Conducting change impact assessments

Minimum Requirements
