About AECOM Tishman
Since 1898, AECOM Tishman has managed the construction of some of the world’s most iconic buildings. We employ a diversified preconstruction and construction management staff of structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil engineers; architects; technology specialists; scheduling and cost control personnel; and construction estimators and accountants. We provide expert consultation and guidance in all phases of a building project, from master-planning, preconstruction options evaluation and decision-making, to design review, estimating, and scheduling, through procurement, construction and occupancy. AECOM Tishman’s staff manages all consultants and contractors on a project, representing client interests throughout the project cycle. In total, AECOM Tishman has built more than 900 million square feet – including the tallest building in the Western Hemisphere, One World Trade Center in New York.
Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Responsible for e-Builder ™ PMIS solution configuration to meet clients’ needs.
Day-to-day e-Builder operation support for internal and external users.
Data extraction and data analysis as demanded for program and project management usage.
Support document control contract drawing/submittal close-out.
Identify and correct Procore/e-Builder-BIM synchronization issues and help resolve them.
Explore advanced data-oriented workflows and technologies to expand the service to augment other PA internal processes.
Perform clash detection and provide clash reports for major infrastructure projects.
Perform model validation checks on models submitted by external parties.
Perform Revit modeling for gaps in the modeling scope.
Assist in creating mappings from BIM to other construction data systems – 4D, 5D BIM.
Attend client-facing BIM/PMIS meetings and be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree + 2 years of e-Builder and BIM experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Good Communications Skills
Prior experience in the use of Power BI and other date visual platforms
Previous experience/coursework with VDC workflows on construction projects including clash coordination
Experience in managing documentation on PMIS platforms.
Experience in API’s, C# or, Python programming
This position does not include sponsorship for United States work authorization.
