Job Summary

AECOM is actively seeking a creative, highly talented Security Specialist III for immediate employment in the New York City office.

Duties may include but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for providing technical guidance on multiple technology projects and initiatives

  • May serve as technical lead on specific initiatives with project staff oversight

  • Competent to work in most phases of systems analysis and considers the business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment

  • Works under minimal supervision

  • Project management

  • Conducts Vulnerabillity and risk assessments

  • Conducts data collection and analysis

  • Supports risk mitigation and resilience strategies

  • Designs drawings and specs for security solutions

  • Other duites as assigned

Minimum Requirements

  • 10+ years' of experience in security assessment and design

  • Experience in communications

  • Capable of using spreadsheets, word processing and standard office software

  • Due to the nature of this position, US Citizenship is required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bacherlor's degree preferred

  • Certifications/Licenses: CPP, BSEE

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
