AECOM is seeking to hire an Office Engineer (OE) to serve on project(s) in Queens, NY.
The OE shall have the primary role of:
Reviewing, processing, filing and tracking of all documentation on the project(s).
Receive, log, and upload into the client Database/system (possibly Contract Manager, PMWeb or others) all submissions, submittals, correspondences, minutes, RFIs or other documentation received on the project.
Responsible to route, track and ensure that all submissions/submittals are reviewed and processed by CM, A/E, Client and returned to the Contractor in a timely manner.
Maintain the various documentation logs (Submittals, RFIs, Change Orders, COIs, Permits, Testing/Inspections, etc.) and report on status at job meetings, in monthly reports and on an as needed basis.

- BA/BS + 4 Years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
- Experience working on construction sites with experience assisting the Project Manager and Project Superintendent in the field as needed
