We are hiring a Higher Education Studio Leader to work in our NYC Buildings + Places practice to perform the following responsibilities:
Serve as the Higher Education Market Studio Lead for the Metro NY region.
Actively mentor and develop skills of staff in areas of expertise
Work closely with the East Region Education leadership, strategically collaborating on project wins.
Work closely with the National Education leadership teams to develop and grow the higher education practice
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and resource for areas of higher education
Develop new client relationships and identify project opportunities.
Work closely with all B+P Practices (Interiors, Building Engineering, Urbanism+Planning, Strategy+) to lead and deliver design and consulting projects
- Bachelor of Architecture and 8+ years of related experience in the planning and design of Higher Education projects or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
