About DCSA—Program and Project Management
As an industry leader in program and construction management, we partner with clients to support projects from concept to completion. From education, healthcare, transportation and water facilities to sports, leisure, cultural arts and other public gathering venues, we deliver on the promise of protecting our clients’ interests as our own and building partnerships with the communities we serve.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Manages a major project with high contract value, requiring complex coordination across multiple systems and processes.
Effectively resolves challenging and unusual business problems in areas of risk, financial, contract and resource management.
Successfully develops strategy, prepares proposals, negotiates contracts, and executes project.
Acts as primary point of contact with client and has full responsibility for project delivery.
Manages project teams of 15 or more members representing multiple business lines, working in remote locations, and includes management of subcontractor(s).
BA/BS + EXTENSIVE or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 6 years of leadership
15+ years of experience supporting and delivering construction/design projects in regulated environments
Proven background delivering large scale projects ($100+ MIllion) that include separate but interrelated project sites
Ability to be able to develop the documents and systems required to deliver the program
PMP or CCM credentials
