Job Summary

  • Develops urban planning solutions and architectural and structural sections of the design on the basis of the latest achievements of local and international urban planning, architectural science and practice with the use of CAD tools

  • Participates in preparation of technical briefs for the development of urban planning and architectural solutions

  • Coordinates the adopted solutions with design materials for other design chapters (sections)

  • Ensures compliance of the developed urban planning and architectural solutions with current regulations, environment protection requirements and environmental standards

  • Participates in reviewing and summarizing the experience of architectural and urban planning solutions development and site implementation

  • Participates in workshops and conferences

  • Develops the architectural section (chapter) of the comprehensive designs of various facilities

  • Ensures meeting the deadlines set for design works completion, enhancing quality and cost efficiency as well as compliance of the adopted design solutions with existing regulatory documents for design and construction, environment protection requirements and environmental standards

  • Participates in the development of technical briefs for subcontractors and provides them with data required for performing the entrusted works

  • Ensures coordination of the architectural section with other design chapters, completeness of the required technical documentation, reducing the quantity of design documents at all design stages

  • Participates in the review, approval and defense of design solutions in the controlling entities and expert review authorities

  • Carries out other instructions of the management related to his/her responsibilities

Minimum Requirements

  • Laws and other legislative acts of the Russian Federation in the sphere of architecture and urban planning

  • Regulatory documents and guidelines for design, construction and operation

  • Accuracy in work;

  • Advanced PC user (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, AutoCAD, Outlook Express, Revit, Internet)

  • Health and safety regulations
