AECOM Section 3 - Construction Liaison in Morrisville, North Carolina

Job Summary

AECOM is seeking an experienced Section 3 -Construction Liaison based out of Morrisville to support the ReBuild NC Housing Recovery Program. The Section 3 – Construction Liaison will be part of the AECOM Disaster Recovery Management team in North Carolina. The Housing Recovery Program in North Carolina is a HUD CDBG-DR program following federal, state, and local guidelines to rebuild, repair and/or replace homes in the State of North Carolina following Hurricanes Matthew and Florence.

The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Ensures quality and efficient delivery of service to customers through a variety of tasks designed to meet or exceed stated key performance indicators.

  • Schedule Calls with applicants; efficiently plan and schedule homeowners based on Locales and availability.

  • Coordinate with General Contractors and local staff to ensure availability and assignment of projects.

  • Monitor and track complaints hotline calls.

  • Input all information into systems; timely following up with homeowners and making sure all is communicated on weekly basis/ as needed for high priority.

  • Monitor and track incoming calls to a general hotline number, including responses to homeowners.

  • Applicant complaint warranty questions routing for the construction team.

  • Specialist questions routing for program management.

  • Update requested/ general information requests routing Verification of homeowner documents.

Minimum Requirements

  • High School Diploma

  • 2+ years of Customer Service or Call Center experience
