Job Summary
AECOM US Industrial Maintenance, Inc., is seeking 2 Maintenance Schedulers. The position will be located in Monaca, PA at the Shell Cracker Plant Facility.
Job Summary:
Planning preventive and corrective maintenance activities daily for a 3 shift facilities maintenance support team. This includes electrical, mechanical, plumbing and general maintenance technicians.
Spearheading the purchasing function.
Sourcing maintenance supplies, vendor services and OEM parts.
Obtains proposals from qualified suppliers.
Prepare requisitions.
Manages invoices.
Provides schedules and coordinates work.
Develops machine-specific and general job plans.
The Scheduler also assists with the safety program.
Knowledge of scheduling concepts and principles including effects on financial performance.
Supports analysis of schedule, identifies and investigates project schedule variances.
Collects and updates data and updates and produces scheduling reports.
Supports gathering and assembling data for schedule updating.
Familiar with construction drawings, specifications and construction contracting methods.
Understands CPM scheduling concepts and principles and able to develop basic engineering, procurement and construction logic.
Supports monthly report preparation.
May participate in planning and scheduling meetings to gain insight to planning and scheduling issues.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree and 6 years' of relevant experience, or Associates degree and 8 years' of relevant experience, or Diploma/GED equivalent and 10 years' relevant experience.
Proficiency in CMMS, such as Maximo, SAP, EAMS or Primavera P6 related software.
Ability to work from aerial lifts and scissor lifts from height up to 30 feet and above.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using Maximo or SAP.
Experience in the Oil and Gas Industry.
Experience in purchasing maintenance supplies, vendor services, and OEM machine parts.
Experience utilizing Continuous Improvement disciplines such as Six Sigma, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, 4M's, etc.
