Job Summary
AECOM is seeking an Entry Level Structural Engineer to be based in Milwaukee, WI.
This position is expected to start May 2022.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Conceptual, preliminary and detailed design of new bridges utilizing pre-stressed concrete, reinforced concrete, structural steel and timber components
Inspection, assessment and rehabilitation design of existing bridges
Load evaluation of existing bridges
Preparation of technical specifications and design documents, report writing, technical engineering support, and limited inspection during construction
As a member of this team, you'll have an opportunity to work on unique and exciting projects like movable bridges, railroad bridges, and other high-profile projects. You will be a professional dealing with colleagues of all levels and disciplines. This position is within an established and successful group that offers a diverse range of projects, technical challenges and career development opportunities. Registration as an Engineer-in-Training in Wisconsin will be required or should be able to be completed in 6 months.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field from an accredited program
Preferred Qualifications
Master of Science in civil or structural engineering
Effective oral and written communication skills
Microsoft Office Suite
EIT or obtaining soon
Bentley Microstation and ProjectWise
Structural analysis software
Fundamental understanding of steel design, reinforced concrete design and prestressed concrete design

The position requires to work in an office and field environment
