AECOM B-2 Technical Order Specialist in Midwest City, Oklahoma

Job Summary

AECOM has an opportunity for a Journeyman Technical Order Specialist to join our team at Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma supporting the Air Force B-2 program. Position may require occasional travel. The Technical Order Specialist will be a full and active member of the aircraft’s modification Integrated Planning Team (IPT). Candidate will coordinate TCTO requirements between the modification PM, engineer, equipment specialist, logistician, Technical Order Management Agency (TOMA) and Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC).

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Management of all related TCTO activities as identified in TO 00-5-15 and provide status to the modification PM, system logisticians and AFSC organizations

  • Attendance at modification meetings and ensure participants are aware of tech data funding requirements and timelines involved in both funding and fielding of tech data

  • Ensuring TMCR is filled out correctly for modifications and when required will schedule in progress reviews in conjunction with system Equipment Specialists

  • Ensuring tech data is developed in the correct style and format

Minimum Requirements

Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics or a related field and at least 5 years of systems experience or equivalent.. Additional requirements include:

  • Must be a U.S. citizen with an active Secret clearance

  • Excellent communication, inter personal, organizational and analytical skills are necessary

  • Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) and other standard integrated software applications


Preferred Qualifications

Ideal candidate is experienced in providing similar acquisition sustainment support for USAF weapons systems
