AECOM Office Management Specialist III in Miami, Florida

Job Summary

AECOM is seeking an Office Management Specialist in the Orlando, FL area. Provides administrative process and support across all the functions in the organization. Coordinates all office services and related activities, including developing and managing programs for the maximum utilization of resources, services and equipment

Duties and Responsibilities for this position include, But are not limited to:

  • Under minimal supervision, plans, coordinates, supervises and administers secretarial support services for a large group.

  • Plans and implements the office services budget.

  • Develops, implements, directs and coordinates office policies and programs consistent with company and group philosophy and objectives.

  • Has responsibility for clerical personnel functions, office relocation, facilities remodeling and other functions necessary for the efficient operation and performance of the group.

Preferred Requirements

Candidates should have excellent interpersonal skills and excellent organizational skills/attention to detail, with excellent computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, and Adobe Acrobat required; and excellent skills in accurately recording meeting proceedings and transcribing meeting notes and recordings; and knowledge of construction, design and legal terms highly desired.
