Job Summary

AECOM México busca Ingenieros de RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, Security) para apoyar el proyecto Tren Maya.

Las funciones principales son:

  • Redactar especificaciones técnicas de productos y/o sistemas.

  • Elaborar protocolos y procedimientos, así como asistir a pruebas sencillas, que no condicionen la seguridad del tren.

  • Realizar cálculos y simulaciones con supervisión.

  • Colaborar y elaborar el diseño 2D y 3D y/o esquemas.

  • Colaborar con el resto de los departamentos y áreas funcionales en la resolución de problemas durante la ejecución de los diferentes proyectos.

  • Desarrollo de actividades RAMS para proyectos de Material Rodante según normativas AECOM.

  • Elaboración y supervisión para el cierre y control de riesgos e interacción con Ingeniería para su evaluación.

  • Gestión de riesgos exportados a otros sistemas, requisitos de operación y mantenimiento relacionados con la seguridad.

  • Realización de estudios RAMS (descripción funcional, AMFEs, FTAs, RBDs y LCCs).

  • Análisis de registros de incidencias en operación.

  • Revisión de documentación de proveedores ( FMEAs, LCCs, FTAs, fiabilidad intrínseca, servicio, etc.).

  • Realización documentación RAMS para ofertas y desarrollo de producto.

Minimum Requirements

  • Titulado universitario como Ingeniero Civil/Mecanico o disciplina relacionado

  • Mínimo de 4 años experiencia en ingeniería RAMS, y valorable en el sector ferroviario (señalización ferroviaria, y material rodante).

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6+ años de experiencia en proyecto de vías férreas

  • Conocimiento de normativa de infraestructura ferroviaria nacional e internacional

  • Manejo de software de diseño y

  • Experiencia en diseño de vías férreas, aparatos de vía, implantación y sistemas ferroviarios

  • Solido conocimiento de interfases ferroviarias

  • Manejo de Office y programas de diseño (Autocad)

  • Disponibilidad de movilizarse fuera de la Capital

  • Ingles intermedio alto
