AECOM is in an exciting period of growth and is fully invested in doubling the size of our Civil Infrastructure team in Victoria. A key part of this role will be working with clients, building relationships, growing our team size and pipeline of work.

This role presents an opportunity to fast-track your technical skills, working with a range of specialists across the globe, delivering a wide range of infrastructure projects while establishing and building existing client relationships and providing mentorship and coaching to our emerging professionals. A minimum of ten years' relevant experience is required with a preference for twelve or more.

Our Victorian Water team is helping to deliver major infrastructure programs encompassing strategic planning and asset management, concept and detailed design, construction and commissioning support both locally, interstate and in New Zealand. This role is a great opportunity to make your mark as part of a team with a strong growth trajectory, and a healthy pipeline of major projects, underpinned by a robust approach to partnerships with complimentary consultants and contractors in the industry.
