Job Description
The infrastructure pipeline in south eastern Australia continues to grow, and AECOM is playing an influential role in the development and delivery of many of these key infrastructure programs and projects. This includes projects in the rail, roads, aviation, urban development, renewable energy and defence markets.
AECOM is seeking a highly motivated and experienced AGL Engineer (or Electrical Engineer with extensive Airport design experience), to help grow our Aviation Team in Melbourne, support existing aviation projects and pursue the exciting opportunities ahead.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
Technical leadership in the design and delivery of AGL projects or AGL activities within wider aviation civil infrastructure projects.
Developing industry relationships with clients and suppliers.
This role would suit an AGL Design Engineer, preferably with 10+ years’ relevant professional experience, with developed skills including AGL, Low Voltage/High Voltage and Control systems.
Qualifications
You enjoy working in a collaborative team, and aspire to leadership roles based on your specialist knowledge as part of multi-disciplinary teams, or managing relevant projects outright. You enjoy being accountable for your work and influential in the project’s performance. You enjoy developing and nurturing relationships within AECOM and local industry, whether through project work, client initiatives or industry associations. You are positive, looking at challenges as opportunities to innovate, collaborate and grow.
