AECOM Senior Analyst Real Estate Finance in Madrid, Spain

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Analyst Real Estate Finance based in Madrid or London.

Job responsibilities:

  • Support annual and long-range portfolio planning for all geographies / business units

  • Support annual capital planning, forecasting, and reporting processes

  • Prepare deliverables for executives in both Excel and PowerPoint for various purposes

  • Collaborate with internal customers (i.e. transaction managers, project managers, tax, treasury, and FP&A) to establish and maintain metrics for cost savings, post M&A integration-related activities, portfolio performance, and management reporting

  • Perform ad-hoc strategic and financial analyses for real estate transactions and research assignments related to real estate special projects

  • Successful candidate will have continuous process improvement mindset, and would be empowered to drive efficiencies through change

Minimum Requirements

  • At least 5 years experience as an Analyst Real Estate

  • Solid understanding of key financial concepts, including time value of money, IRR, NPV, and ROI; ability to apply this knowledge to complex transaction modeling of fully integrated financial statements

  • Demonstrated high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with complex spreadsheets

  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data, including financial statement analysis

  • Ability to synthesize and analyze large amounts of data and communicate relevant findings

  • Experience with dashboard/scorecard building

  • Demonstrated analytical approach to problem solving with a high attention to detail

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency

  • Proactive and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently

  • Strong organizational skills – ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Consultative, service-oriented mindset

  • Outstanding oral communication, written, and presentation skills

  • High level of english

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor in Finance, Accounting o similar

Master in Real Estate is a plus
