AECOM Treasury Manager in Los Angeles, California

AECOM is seeking an agile Treasury Manager to play an important role in the Corporate Treasury department of a global Fortune 500 company. This role will be integral to the treasury team. In addition, the role would include direct exposure and opportunity to contribute to Corporate Development and Investor Relations, and create an opportunity for career development growth into these groups over time.
Key responsibilities to include:
Global cash flow forecasting, planning and performance
Drive process improvement and rigor between Treasury, corporate and operations to enhance cash forecast and cash management; Treasury is not a cost center at AECOM
Preparation of cash flow analysis and insights for investors relations and treasury reporting
Support and leadership of Corporate Development projects, including potential exposure to niche M&A/divesture opportunities
Lease program analysis and support
Risk management support (e.g. foreign exchange, project and business risks)
Surety Bonding and Letters of Credit
Capital Market transaction support
Bank fee analysis and management
Assist with key initiatives applicable to the company (for example, new bilateral financing lines, etc)
Provides guidance to employees within the latitude of established policies.
Recommends changes to policies and establishes procedures that affect immediate organization.
Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including understanding of current business trends.
Acts as advisor to subordinates to meet schedules and/or resolve technical problems.
May have budget responsibilities. Erroneous decision or failure to achieve results adds to costs and may impact short-term goals of organization.
Manages the coordination of activities of a group or department with responsibility for results. In some instances, may be responsible for functional area and does not have direct reports or subordinate employees.

About Corporate —General
- As a member of the corporate team, you will work with professionals at our headquarters in downtown Los Angeles, California and in business offices around the world to advance AECOM’s global strategies and priorities. With positions around the globe, the Corporate team includes finance, legal, human resources, information technology, marketing and communications, and real estate functions.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, treasury, or similar plus 8 years of relevant treasury, finance, or accounting experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Experience within a bank or a large multinational corporation, particularly in areas pertaining to treasury, finance, and accounting
Experience with M&A or Investor Relations is a plus.
Strong organizational skills – ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a high-paced environment
Proactive and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and manage change effectively
Knowledge of financial and accounting principles, treasury, and capital markets with a high degree of intellectual curiosity
Team player with excellent listening skills and diplomacy; willingness to work with multiple different colleagues on a variety of initiatives
Experience with foreign currencies, hedging and treasury management systems (Kyriba) is a plus
Proficient with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
